<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>141</id><JournalTitle>STUDY ON THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES AND OUTCOMES IN VARIOUS STAGES OF OSTEOARTHRITIS</JournalTitle><Abstract>Aim and Objectives: To reduce the usage of NSAIDS in osteoarthritis patients to promote alternative techniques ,
study the risk factors involved in Osteoarthritis, and study the different treatment techniques for knee osteoarthritis. To
study the outcomes of knee osteoarthritis in patients with other disease complications and current scenario in treatment
techniques. Method: A prospective observational study was conducted in a tertiary care hospital, Kadapa, A.P., and India
for six months and collected the 289 subjects who had undergone Osteoarthritis. The data analyzed from the patient
received form included line of treatment and complications. Descriptive analysis of collected data was conducted along
with the statistical analysis, and results were shown in the form of tables and graphs. Results: From this study, it is
observed that the outcomes of knee osteoarthritis in patients with other disease complications and current scenario in
treatment techniques. most of the subjects used only NSAIDS in 1st stage osteoarthritis. Conclusion: The data also gives
most of the patients were in the 2nd stage of Osteoarthritis, and maximum patients are used NSAIDs in the treatment,
maximum patients was used 1st line treatment due to lack of knowledge. Exercise, weight management and overall
